You can order your aku panel quickly and easily via our webshop. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Later that day you will receive an email with all the necessary information about the delivery. This email contains, among other things, a live Track & Trace code, so that you can track your order and do not have to wait at home all day. So easy! In collaboration with our reliable logistics partner, we deliver your order to your home.
Delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg
Do you want to place an order with us and do you live in Belgium or Luxembourg? No problem! Our delivery is also complete in Belgium and Luxembourg optimal and your order will be delivered the next working day, always within two working days at the latest!
Delivery outside the Benelux is also no problem. For more information, please send an email to info@wallpanelen.nl
Not at home?
Are you, for whatever reason, not at home when we try to deliver your order? We will then put a note in the mailbox so that we can schedule a date for a new delivery time.
Would you like us to visit you again the next day? No problem! In this case, please let us know before 16:30 PM. If we don't hear from you, we will automatically try to deliver the product to you again two days later.
Deliver to the neighbors?
If you have explicitly indicated in writing that we may also deliver a product to your neighbors, we will of course do so when you are not at home. We will never deliver your order to your neighbors without this permission.

Do you deliver in the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands! We deliver small and large packages in the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands).
Do you deliver to the Wadden Islands?
Yes, for deliveries to Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland or Schiermonnikoog, an additional amount will be charged by the carrier. This amount depends on the island in question and the dimensions of the ordered products.

We take the utmost care in packaging our products. However, due to the sometimes considerable dimensions, damage may occur during the delivery process. Why does wallpanelen have an online showroom?
At Wallpanelen we have opted for a digital showroom! We've added detailed product descriptions to all our models, including realistic photos, and our customer service representatives are always on hand to provide expert advice! In short, at Wallpanelen you will find all the information you need to choose your favorite aku panel. It is not necessary to visit us to properly see or experience the products. You can take your time to thoroughly view and compare all aku panels online. Of course it is also possible to visit our showroom in Zutphen!
Moreover, our delivery staff will deliver your order to you quickly. You can easily and quickly order your favorite aku panel through our webshop, and at the same time we contribute to the preservation of the environment!
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed before 16:30 PM on workdays will be delivered the next day. During some peak periods and public holidays, delivery may take longer than normal. We will keep you informed about this!
For color samples, ordered before 23:59 PM = delivered the next working day!*
Do you also deliver on public holidays?
We do not deliver on public holidays or the following day. However, during the rest of the year we are available to serve you!
When will I receive an email with delivery information?
Once you have placed your order, you will first receive a confirmation of your order. After 19:00 PM you will receive an email with all relevant information about the delivery. In this email you will find, among other things, a live Track & Trace code with which you can track the progress of your order.
What are the delivery times?
Your order will be delivered between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM. You will be informed of this by email!
