Paid with iDEAL, but did not receive an order confirmation
Have you paid with iDEAL, but are you not sure whether your order was successful or not? Check whether money has been debited. If no money has been debited, the payment was not successful and you have not lost any money. You can place the order again.
Has money been debited from your account, but have you not yet received an order confirmation? Then we recommend that you wait about 1 hour. It may take a while before we receive your payment.
If you have not received an order confirmation from us after one hour, please contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to: customerservice@wallpanelen.nl. We can help you quickly using your transaction number. This is always stated when your payment is debited.

Rejected credit card payments
It may happen that your credit card payment is declined, which is very annoying. Unfortunately, we have no insight into the reasons of your credit card company. Refused payments cannot be reversed by us.
Wallpanelen does not use 'blacklists' and in turn will never share this rejected payment with other companies. Your order has been automatically canceled and nothing will be debited. Do you still want to receive your order? Then place it again and choose a different payment method.
Pay in 3 installments without interest and BKR
Is a major expense inconvenient but you don't want debt or extra costs? Then you choose in3. The only spread payment method without interest or loan and BKR registration. You pay in three installments within 60 days.
